Q: Are your products UL Listed?

  Almost all Eyutech products are UL listed in the U.S.A.

Q: Can I have a sample order before future bulk order?

  Yes.
  We welcome sample order for testing.

Q: Do you accept customization for special orders?

  Yes.
  LED strips can be cut to desired lengths based on your design;
  We can alter a standard product and changes its features;
  We can start completely from scratch with your design specifications.

Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?

  MOQs vary depending on the product
  No MOQ for our stock parts, you may buy only one piece if that’s all you need.

Q: How long is your production time?

  7~10 days for sample order;
  25~30 days for bulk order;
  35~40 days for customization order.

Q: How about the package of the products? It is branded or plain?

  All packages are neutral to support trading company and wholesaler and distributor.

Q: Is the shipping cost included in the product’s price?

  No.
  All prices are Ex Shenzhen warehouse.

Q: What payment options do you offer?

  Bank transfer – 50% on placement of order, 50% balance payment on shipment.

Q: How do my products get shipped?

  Sample orders, we use DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.
  Bulk orders are mostly shipped by sea using dedicated freight forwarders;
  We also offer airfreight shipping;
  If you have a preferred forwarder just let us know.

Q: What is your warranty policy?

  Our products range from 2 to 3 years which is model dependent.
  LED Lights –3 years
  LED lights drivers –3 years
  USB Charging systems –2 years

Q: What is your after-sales service?

  Genuine Eyutech products that have a warranty issue will be replaced by our factory.
